I miss you a lot, United States of America.
Wishing I could spend it with my family and friends.

Thanksgiving in Australia. My fellow Americans, a Welsh roomie, and an Australian co-worker had a little feast of our own.

Emptied serving dishes on the ironing board buffet tables.

Yes, that’s a vegetarian mince lettuce wrap making an appearance. To the right, the most amazing pesto feta cheese.
The most amazing parents in the entire world. 2 silly sisters. Tobiasaurus Robot Rex and Lucky Lollipop Linebacker. Hundreds of family members. Great group of new friends. Australia. A pretty cool internship. Philippines. Hawaii. California. Life.
I just have a lot of reasons to be happy.
Thanks.

It’s 11:23 PM here on the 26th of November. Over in Hawaii, it’s 5:23 AM on the 26th of November.
So, I wanted to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving at a time it would still be applicable to the time zones that are important to me.
All you Americans out there in a country that is not the United States - I hope you’re still able to find a way to feel close to home today.
Miss you, home.
