Behold, a Raspberry and Sour Cream Brioche that I promptly washed down with an iced coffee. Thanks to a late start that the boss so graciously let me have, I was able to enjoy a morning coffee with one of the housemates and the future housemate. A bite of this tasty pastry and a pet of one of the many local dogs accompanying their owners made this visit easily the first of what will be many trips to Bourke Street Bakery. I’ve decided that attempting to try everything on the menu is a must. I will keep you updated.
